Sculptor T Barny Celebrates 45 Years of Sculpture at Sonoma County Art Trails

TBarny

The chisels will be ringing in Alexander Valley as sculptor T Barny opens his studio for Sonoma County Art Trails, happening October 11–12 and 18–19 from 10AM to 5PM. This year is extra special — it marks his 45th year as a sculptor and an incredible 41 years as part of Art Trails.

“Art Trails is my favorite time of year,” says T Barny. “It’s a chance to share the magic of sculpture, from raw stone to finished form, and connect with people in a meaningful way.”

T Barny is best known for his Möbius-inspired stone and bronze sculptures; fluid, looping forms that explore the infinite. With over 1,000 works collected worldwide, his studio, gallery, and gardens offer visitors an unforgettable art adventure in the heart of wine country.

During Art Trails, guests can:

·      Watch stone carving in action and see works in progress

·      Wander through the gallery and sculpture gardens filled with intimate works and monumental pieces

·      Meet T Barny and hear the stories that live inside each stone “Every stone has a secret. My job is to set it free.” says T Barny. “During Art Trails, you get to watch the jailbreak.”

·      Experience “Sculpture in your home”
