CIRCO X – ‘Traveling Show’

When enlarging a bronze, I first take a 3d scan of the original piece, then have the desired size and pattern routed from Styrofoam. This gives me a full-scale positive in multiple parts which I can then assemble to create a casting mold. CIRCO F was the first attempt at an enlarged version of my sculpture CIRCO. The second, standing 6 feet tall, is CIRCO X. Sculpture height includes 32” base.
