The infinity symbol (∞) is a mathematical symbol representing the concept of infinity. This symbol is also called a lemniscate, after the lemniscate curves of a similar shape studied in algebraic geometry, it is also the "lazy eight", in the terminology of livestock branding. The Latin word lēmniscātus means decorated with ribbons. By mounting this sculpture on a base that turns, the figure eight becomes ‘ribbon-like’. The lemniscate symbol in the Tarot refers to the infinite nature of humanity. It shows us we are forever immortal and calls our spirit to embark on a journey of infinite transformation.
